Our third annual Roberta Sullivan Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to a student currently enrolled at Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC). This student must share the values deeply held by the Democratic Party, which include service to community a desire to help those in need.

We will be working closely with the administration at HACC to choose the appropriate student for this $500 scholarship.
